Delivery: allow up to 15 business days across India from dispatch.
COD available on most pin codes under ₹3,000 (₹50 handling fee).
Returns & exchanges
Sizing exchange: if your size doesn't fit, write to us within 7 days of delivery at studio@lowheaven.in. We'll swap for another size, subject to stock. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We cover outbound shipping on the new size; you cover return shipping.
Defects: manufacturing defects accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or store credit, with photo evidence.
Not eligible: items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration; items purchased during sale or promotional events.
