Refund policy

All sales are final. Low Heaven pieces are produced in limited runs and shipped from our studio with care. Every order is checked before it leaves us.

Sizing exchanges

If your size doesn't fit, write to studio@lowheaven.in within 7 days of delivery. We'll swap for another size, subject to stock.

• Piece must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact
• We cover outbound shipping on the replacement
• You cover return shipping on the original

Defective on arrival

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, write to studio@lowheaven.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue in natural light
• A photo of the original packaging if relevant

We will review and, if accepted, offer a replacement in the same size (subject to stock) or store credit equal to the item value. We do not offer cash refunds.

Not eligible

• Items reported after the applicable window (7 days sizing, 48 hours defect)
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
• Items purchased during sale, archive, or promotional events (unless defective)

Return shipping

If a defect or sizing exchange is accepted, do not ship anything back before written confirmation. We will share the return address and pickup details once approved.
