About us

Low Heaven is a small studio based in India. We design and produce clothing in limited runs.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. If a price or stock listing is wrong, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Acceptance of order

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or stock errors.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card details.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, photographs, copy, and brand marks on this site belong to Low Heaven and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used without written permission.

User content

If you tag us or send us photos of our pieces, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost that content on our channels with credit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Low Heaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
