Shipping policy

We ship from our studio in India, six days a week.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking once your order leaves us.

Delivery timeline

Allow up to 15 business days for delivery across India from dispatch. Tier-1 metros are typically faster; remote pin codes can take the full window.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most pin codes for orders under ₹3,000. A handling fee of ₹50 applies. 

International shipping

Currently not available. Email studio@lowheaven.in if you'd like to be notified when we open international orders.

Lost or delayed

If your order hasn't moved in tracking for 7+ days, write to us. We'll chase the courier on your behalf.
