Sizing
What size should I get?
All pieces are cut oversized — boxy through the body, dropped shoulder. Stay with your usual size for the intended oversized look. Size down if you want a closer, more regular fit. The size chart on each product page lists chest, length, and sleeve measurements in inches.
The size chart says ±0.5". Why?
Our pieces are made by hand in small batches. There can be minor variation between units. We accept this; perfect repetition isn't what we're after.
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery on most pin codes.
Is COD available?
Yes, on most pin codes for orders under ₹3,000. A small handling fee applies.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. As long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email studio@lowheaven.in with your order number.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
2 business days to dispatch from our studio. Then allow up to 15 business days for delivery across India.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Drop us your email if you'd like to be notified when we open international orders.
Returns & exchanges
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Sizing exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
What about a defective or wrong item?
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund in full.
Are sale items returnable?
Items marked final sale aren't returnable or exchangeable.

Care
How do I wash these?
Cold machine wash, inside out. Hang dry in shade. Avoid bleach and tumble dry. The print will last longer if you skip the iron, or iron on the reverse side only.

Where are you based?
India. The studio location isn't on the site for privacy. Drop us an email if it's relevant.
